The Lincoln-Way Soccer Club will be hosting a 3V3 Tournament for all LWSC players and their families. Each team will play three or four matches on Saturday, June 27th, 2009. Players will register as individuals and teams will be drawn based on age and gender. Each age/gender group will be limited to five teams of 4-5 players each, so space is limited. Players will be placed on teams when registration form and fee is returned. There will be no coaches needed and no coaching will be allowed. Complete rules will follow. All youth matches will be played at Commissioner's Park, starting at 8:00 am. and ending approximately at 1:00 pm. Adult matches will begin late morning and end when casualties begin to stack up. Registration deadline is June 25th. Tournament fee is $10.00 per player. Please complete and submit the following registration form. Checks can be made payable to LWSC and mailed to: LWSC, 20621 Ivy Path, Frankfort, IL 60423. **Please include players name on check.
